Booster Abilities

• Wearer may say a command word to use a charge and move at a base speed of INT x 10 yards / round for the next turn.
• Wearer may say a command word to use a charge and double their base speed to INT x 20 yards / round until the end of the round.
• Wearer may say a command word to use 2 charges and triple their base speed to INT x 30 yards / round until the end of the round.
